Role Overview:
An opportunity for an experienced BMS Project Manager to take ownership of projects from design through to delivery and handover, ensuring successful execution across time, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of BMS projects
- Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning
- Lead engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage budgets, programmes, and project reporting
- Act as the main client interface
- Ensure H&S and quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering BMS projects
- Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider systems
- Good understanding of HVAC and building services
- Strong commercial and client-facing skills
Desirable:
- Background in BMS engineering or commissioning
- Relevant technical or project management qualifications
