A small, founder-led creative content studio producing high-quality editorial and video-led campaigns for some of the world’s leading B2B brands. Think Salesforce, Adobe, EY, alongside fast-growing HealthTech and FinTech challengers. Work combines strong storytelling with smart distribution, spanning major business publications, niche industry titles, social platforms and creator networks.

We’re looking for an Account Director who wants to be at the centre of a growing business.

What the role actually looks like

You’ll work closely with the founders across the full campaign lifecycle: shaping ideas, briefing creators and journalists, overseeing production, coordinating distribution and managing client relationships. There’s a strong commercial thread running through it too. You’ll be expected to spot growth opportunities and develop accounts.

Who we’re looking for

Someone with c. 5 years experience in a creative, social, influencer, branded content or partnerships agency environment. You’ll feel most at home if some of that experience has been in a smaller, faster-moving agencies where you had to roll your sleeves up and figure things out.

Experience working on B2B or tech brands is a real advantage. So is a background in creator or influencer-led campaigns.
