Steel Detailer

An architectural metalwork company in Central London is currently looking for a designer to join their team.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Location: Central London (no hybrid/remote options)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Duties

• Designing architectural metalwork projects, producing detailed drawings and models using Tekla Structures.
• Interpreting architectural and structural drawings to develop fabrication details.
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant BS standards and regulations.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with Tekla Structures.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural metalwork.
• Strong knowledge of BS standards and building regulations.
• Office-based, 5 days per week — no hybrid working available.
