MEP BIM Lead

£90,000 per annum + Travel

Due to several recent major project wins, and in line with an ambitious growth plan, we are looking for an MEP BIM Lead to join the London office of a leading, engineering-led Design and Build contractor.

The Company

• Leading international M&E contractor.
• Strong pipeline of work secured across the UK and Europe.
• Central London office close to major transport links.

Key Responsibilities

• The MEP BIM Lead will be responsible for managing external BIM and CAD Bureaus.
• Acting as the UK BIM Lead on projects such as commercial fit-outs, new builds and hotels.
• Supporting project teams with technical BIM expertise.
• Reviewing and coordinating models where required.

Skills and Background

• Competence in Revit MEP, Navisworks and COBie.
• Background in MEP and construction, with an understanding of BIM capacity.
• Hands on nature, with a willingness to get involved with models and making changes where necessary.
• Experience delivering projects valued in excess of £10 million.
• Experience as a BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or CAD Manager.
