Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with personal care, washing and dressing
- Encouraging independence, confidence and daily living skills
- Promoting nutrition, hydration and wellbeing
- Supporting with medication and manual handling
- Taking part in arts, crafts and engaging activities
- Building positive relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting concerns appropriately
- Creating a warm, safe and supportive environment where customers feel truly noticed

Experience in care is desirable, but full training and support will be provided. Unfortunately, this role does not meet the requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. We are unable to accept applications from individuals currently on full‑time sponsorship looking for either a second job or a new main sponsored role.
