Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our band 6 Occupational Therapy rotation. The rotation is across both acute, community and rehabilitation settings, offering a wide range of general and specialist clinical experience within Neuro, Stroke, Frailty, Surgical, Accident and Emergency/Front Door, Orthopaedics, Vascular, Hospital at Home, Community Adult and Assessment Rehabilitation Service, and the Mobility and Rehabilitation Wheelchair Service.
Responsibilities
- Provide general and specialist clinical care across the described settings.
- Supervise and train students, ensuring their regular supervision and training as integral parts of the job.
- Contribute to service development and improvement.
- Maintain opportunities for continued professional development and supervision.
- Work weekend, public holiday and extended hours as required; the post may require a seven‑day rota.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
- HCPC registration essential.
Additional Requirements
- If the post operates within Aberdeen City Low Emission Zone, you will be responsible for all costs associated with entering.
