Mental Health and Addictions Support Worker (Drake House)
Salary: £13.85 per hour, plus sleep‑in allowance of £80.00 per sleep‑in and enhanced overtime rate.
This role also attracts a Welcome Bonus of up to £350.
Location: Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours: Full and part time roles available over a 7-day rota working both day shift and night shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to our tenants to develop the essential life skills they need to live as independently as possible in their own home.
- Support our tenants with day‑to‑day life skills, such as taking care of their homes, shopping and cooking.
- Encourage community engagement and support our tenants to maintain friendships and interests, helping them to build confidence and self‑esteem.
- Communicate effectively with the people you are caring for.
- Be required to complete Level 2 Health and Social Care if not already held.
