Compassionate Community Support Worker — 20h, Sleep‑in

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Community Support Worker to support adults with disabilities in their daily lives. This role requires a person-centred approach and involves providing assistance with personal care and facilitating community activities.

The position is part-time with a salary of £25,949 – £25,989 per annum (pro rata) and includes additional increments for weekend and bank holiday work. Training for NVQ Level 3 can be provided.
