Senior Residential Support Worker – Trauma-Informed Care

Five Rivers in Salisbury is recruiting Senior Support Workers to support young people aged 16+ in their transition toward independent living. You will provide essential life skills guidance and compassionate support.

Successful candidates must have a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare and be committed to working an average of 39 hours per week, including sleep-ins. The role includes ongoing training and development opportunities.
