Salary: £14.04 per hour

Shift times: bank 0 hour contract – as/when needed in service

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standard of care to service users in a residential setting.
• Use the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.
• Build strong relationships with service users, their families and friends, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Keep health care professionals well‑informed about residents’ needs and progress.
• Keep Line Manager up to speed on residents’ needs and progress.
• Write up care plans and keep accurate written records.
• Follow guidelines and policies and act as a team player.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and communicative.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Completed or working towards QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
