Hours: Full-time – 40 hours (including weekends, and shifts)
Pay: £15.84 per hour

About the Role
As a Waking Night – Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
- Building positive relationships with young people
- Supporting care plans and daily routines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
- A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
- Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
- A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
