Lead Health & Social Care Worker — Discharge to Assess

NHS Highland is seeking a Lead Senior Health & Social Care Worker to join the Discharge to Assess Service in Nairn on a permanent basis. The role requires flexibility in shifts to provide service coverage over 7 days.

The candidate will support care delivery and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a patient-centered approach. Registration with SSSC and a valid driving license are prerequisites for this position.
