An exciting opportunity has arisen at Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward Teddington Memorial Hospital for applicants to join our team of Bank Clinical Support Workers. Cedars at Grace Anderson Ward provides a 25-bedded rehabilitation in-patient unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital providing care to adults over 18 years of age. The focus is on providing quality care to patients using a multi-disciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake a variety of tasks, including providing flexible cover to the wards across Cedars Unit, assisting with all aspects of personal care following patients’ care plans, undertaking patient observations such as blood pressure, temperature and pulse, and recording on a computerised system. You will assist with supporting patients with eating and drinking when required and serve meals and snacks, providing direct patient care under the supervision of a trained nurse and assisting patients with their rehabilitation goals under the supervision of a trained nurse. You will be working within a friendly and supportive working environment, with access to excellent training and development opportunities and the chance to experience caring for patients within a well-established multidisciplinary team.
