Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Redditch
Pay: £14.54 – £15.85 per hour with rates of £17.18 available + Overtime.
Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday (7.30am – 4.30pm) and Friday (7.30am to 12.30pm)
Contracted hours per week: 39hrs.
Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday.
Holidays/Benefits: Holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service. Death in Service Benefit – 2 x annual salary. Employer 3% / Employee 5% – Pension.
Overview
We now require a Press Operator to join the day shift. Working CNC operated machinery you will be tasked to produce precision engineered parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and Operate Press machinery – Hydraulic press machines OR CNC Press Brakes.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience operating press machinery.
- Commutable from: Redditch, Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Droitwich and surrounding areas.
