Location: Ashford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
We are recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company outside of Ashford. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a skilled welder looking to secure a long-term position with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG welding in both production and bench welding environments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Produce high-quality work in line with company and customer standards
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Support other areas of the business as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ MIG production welding experience
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with a positive and proactive attitude
