Engineering Technician

We have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering Team as an Engineering Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical work, and general repairs, which may involve lifting and working at heights
• Liaise effectively with all departments and managers regarding any maintenance and repair work and actions required
• Organise and prioritise work schedules to meet operational needs and ensure minimal disruption to our guests
• Follow company and department health, safety, and security policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe and secure environment
• Address and resolve maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner

What do you need to apply?

You will have previous experience in a similar role and have a solid foundation in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC systems, and the ability to safely use hand and power tools.

You will also be proactive and have good communication and problem‑solving skills as well as a good understanding of health and safety practices.

This role will require flexibility to work shifts, weekends or be on call.
