The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Electrician in Manchester City Centre to work on government-owned commercial buildings. This is a temp-to-perm role offering long-term stability and consistent overtime.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (NVQ Level 3) with experience in commercial maintenance, strong fault-finding skills, and able to pass a government vetting process. A company van and package will be provided upon permanent offer.
