Role
Multi skilled plumber – carrying out plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.
Starting salary £32,061 per annum (Grade 6).
Key Requirements
- carry out plumbing installations and repairs and maintenance to residential properties.
- install and repair piping, fixtures and appliances.
- diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
- work on various general maintenance tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant plumbing qualifications and certification.
- Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Competency or qualification in additional trades such as tiling and carpentry etc.
