Responsive Repairs

We’re responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time across Abri. We carry out the responsive repairs to our customers’ homes ranging from electrical, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and decorations. We also carry out external repairs such as fencing and groundworks.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver our day‑to‑day repairs programmes across Bracknell and surrounding areas.
• Perform additional work across the skill set of a multi‑skilled plumber, complying with all health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
• Work as a team player, carrying out installations and maintenance in an efficient and effective manner following best building maintenance practices.
• Provide outstanding customer service, acting as an ambassador for the organisation and ensuring a high‑quality, right‑first‑time service.
• Cover out‑of‑hours callouts on a rota basis, requiring a clean driving licence.

Requirements

• Multi‑skilled plumbing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, plastering and external works.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving licence.

Equipment & Tools

• Uniform, van (including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter), company tablet & mobile, PPE.
• Employee must supply own hand tools and power tools.
