Responsibilities include supporting the EA/Office Manager, providing client relations support, maintaining the office environment, managing diaries, processing expenses, and handling ad‑hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and host clients and visitors at the office
- Ensure meeting room suite looks immaculate and reset meeting rooms
- Provide refreshments and reset meeting rooms
- Support with diary management and meeting arrangements
- Process expenses
- Create documents
- Carry out a wide range of other ad‑hoc support tasks
Qualifications
- Confident, friendly and presentable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and hard working
- Basic / Intermediate MS Office skills
