£39,144 – £41,110 per annum (Inclusive of 5% Market Supplement)

Responsibilities

• Essential member of a Level 2 Social Worker team within a multi-disciplinary service focused on a customer‑centred approach.
• Develop and craft timely, proportionate and person‑centred assessments and reviews.
• Work with a supervisor to enable clients to live independently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Expertise in current legislation and guidance relating to vulnerable adults and health & social care legislation.
• Newly qualified social workers welcomed.
