Position
Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round.
Hours of work: week one 6am – 2pm, week two 11am – 7pm (rotation).
Responsibilities
- Carry out various maintenance duties to ensure general upkeep of the premises.
- Perform minor grounds work and maintain security.
- Deputise for the Facilities Manager in building maintenance, including liaison with contractors.
Qualifications
- Good buildings management and handyperson skills, gained through a technical/vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Efficient and organised with a ‘can do’ attitude, calm and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
