Salary £36,363 – £40,777, Permanent, Social Worker, WES (Wellbeing and Early Support) Prevention Service | Adult Social Care.

The role

Join our WES team as a Social Worker. You will work with people at the earliest point, offering information, advice, guidance and strengths-based support that helps them access the right help at the right time. Focus on prevention, wellbeing and building on community and personal strengths to help people stay independent for longer. We have roles across all areas of the County.

Qualifications & Requirements

Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker, or have applied to register with SWE.

The post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). If successful, you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a ‘disclosure’.

You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post, and you must be insured for business use.
