AdministratorContract: 3 monthsWorking Type – 25 hours of shift in a week | Monday to Friday | 5 hours a day
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document management.
- Upload spreadsheets, records, and other documentation onto internal systems accurately.
- Input, update, and maintain data within company databases and software systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide support to customers and colleagues.
- Assist with deliveries and support the wider administration team with day-to-day tasks as required.
Essential Skills
- Previous administration experience with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and support colleagues in a busy environment.
