Job Overview
The Local Advisory Board and Headteacher at Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School are seeking a well‑motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion and Medical Support Assistant. The role will support the SENCo and wider school team in ensuring high‑quality provision for pupils with additional needs, including SEND and medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
The position is permanent, working 4 days a week for a total of 28.5 hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.30 am to 4 pm and Wednesday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with an unpaid 30‑minute lunch each day.

Qualifications & Experience
Candidates must hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification. Evidence of professional development or training in SEND and/or medical needs is essential.
