Job Description

AmTrust is a global insurance provider offering risk‑management solutions and business underwriting. Today AmTrust International underwrites over $1.8 billion of gross written premiums and employs more than 1,500 employees worldwide.

Position: Paralegal – Legal Team, London (6‑month fixed term contract).

Work arrangement: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with third‑party suppliers, including IT vendors.
• Support contract remediation activity.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and compliance teams to ensure effective delivery of key projects.
• Support day‑to‑day legal workload.
• Assist in high‑priority projects, such as the Third Party Risk Management programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal working with commercial contracts, ideally within a corporate or regulated environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
