Responsibilities
- Operate the pass: Ensure every dish meets our presentation and timing standards before it reaches the guest
- Coordinate & communicate: Work with chefs and waitstaff to keep service smooth and orders accurate
- Maintain quality: Check that all dishes are perfectly garnished, served at the right temperature, and up to standard
Pay: £12.71 per hour. You may also earn up to £3.38 extra per hour each month via Tronc system, managed by the Tronc Master.
