Role Overview
Imagine a role where you can make a real difference in someone’s life by doing everyday things you may take for granted. As a Support Worker, you play a vital role in helping people live their best lives—on their own terms, in the ways they choose. At Affinity Trust, what matters most is your compassion and your willingness to make a real difference. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and see the positive impact of your support in the lives of the people around you.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs. At times people may need support with areas of their personal care and well‑being, with taking medication or getting around. Your role is to empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence. You will need to work shifts flexibly across the week, including some weekends and sleep‑in shifts.
