Role Overview
You will be part of a team that provides a wide range of support services to learners who have Emotional Behavioural or Mental Health Difficulties and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of the Manager: EBD/ASD/MH using the strategies recommended in the Individual Learning and/or Behaviour Plan.
- Liaise with teaching staff, outside agencies, parents/carers and schools.
- Provide a flexible and professional approach to work, demonstrating sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work as part of a team while using initiative to work independently without close supervision.
- Embed the college’s values: Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Compassion and Ambition.

Benefits
- Salary VBSS Band 3b, £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time and term-time hours). This is a spot salary.
