Day Shift Museum Visitor Experience Lead

The Museum in Cardiff is looking for a dedicated individual to join the Visitor Experience team. The role ensures an exceptional visitor experience and a high standard of visitor care by engaging with collections and managing the safety and security of the Museum.

You will supervise teams while supporting key strategic priorities and participating in after-hours functions. Your contribution will play a vital role in continuing to inspire both current and future generations visiting our museums.
