Scheduling Coordinator at ASSA ABLOY Traka – Olney, UK

Responsibilities

  • Schedule field engineers for reactive call‑outs, installations, and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating appointments and providing timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate records within service management systems, assist reporting, KPIs, and data integrity.
  • Assist operational processes including quotations, invoicing, stock coordination, and service contract tracking.
  • Partner with engineering, project, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve scheduling challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination or administrative roles, ideally within a service or operations environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high-volume workload in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Confident using IT systems, including CRM or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
