About the Role
We are currently working with an Outstanding Ofsted rated academy with many different sites. They take pride in ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and catered to by employing reliable staff members and expanding their resources consistently. This is a full‑time role starting in September 2026.
We are currently searching for an experienced, motivated and passionate individual to join our respectable team of learning support assistants. Due to the nature of the children, experience of working in a support or care role would be highly preferred, but it is not essential.
Responsibilities
You will work 5 days a week, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. You will be assigned a classroom consisting of 6‑8 pupils. Your day‑to‑day role will include working on a 1:1 or small group basis with these children.
Qualifications
You must have a form of UK‑based child‑related or support working experience within the last three years. Successful candidates will have an optimistic and passionate approach to working with children and young adults with special needs.
