We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Team as an Customer Service Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer accounts, processing orders, supporting the wider sales function, and helping to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation within the department. You will also provide support to the Internal Sales / Customer Service Supervisor and assist with mentoring and guidance across the team.
Key Responsibilities
