Resident Services Advisor – Customer Support

Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their call centre team in Barry. You will be the first point of contact, assisting residents with information and support across a range of council services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment. The role offers 37 hours per week, with a salary range of £25,989 – £26,403 (pro rata).
