37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7 (incl. weekends & bank holidays)

What You’ll Be Doing
Real‑Time Communication
Convert spoken words into text instantly and accurately. Support Relay UK calls, Directory Enquiries, and more.
Communicating With Care
Stay calm, patient, and empathetic, especially during difficult or emotional calls. Provide a reliable lifeline for users who depend on you.
Attention to Detail
Your precision keeps conversations flowing smoothly. Your accuracy ensures clarity and safety, especially in urgent situations.
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding Typing Skills (Essential) – You must type 50+ words per minute with 98% accuracy. Typing will be tested during the application process.
- Clear, empathetic communicator.
- Able to stay composed under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow processes and think critically.
Shift Patterns
We have different options available with shifts falling between 6 am and 11 pm. Shifts could be on a weekend.
