Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: £36,000 (including shift allowance)

Shift Pattern: 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights | 5 days per week

Overview

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently within a GMP‑regulated environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards while meeting production targets and compliance requirements.

Non‑negotiable Requirements

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working within a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG, or other highly regulated manufacturing settings.
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
