Flexible 20h Support Worker with Driving

Pobl Group is seeking a compassionate individual for their Supported Living team in Ammanford. This permanent position offers 20 hours per week with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. You’ll support five individuals aged 22–70 with learning disabilities, fostering independence and life skills.

Key qualifications include a full UK driving licence and a commitment to compassionate care. The role includes driving, medication support, and promoting community engagement.
