Support Worker: Bedford

Rate: £12.75 per hour

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs)

Location: Multiple sites across Bedford. Driver required.

Required: Full UK driving licence and access to a car. Sponsorship: Not available.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily activities including going to the cinema, cooking, gardening and trips to the coast.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to help clients live their best lives.
• Assist in planning and implementing personal care and health related tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in client wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure high quality care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by the employer).
• Empathy, patience, and good communication skills.
