What You’ll Be Doing
The Reactive Maintenance Delivery Officer will play a key role in managing and overseeing maintenance contracts across a diverse range of property assets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, value for money, and high‑quality service delivery. The role involves planning, procurement, monitoring, and performance management of contractors delivering responsive, planned, and cyclical maintenance work.
