The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across Key Stage 2 with their learning and development
- Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
- Provide individual and small‑group support where required
- Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence and engagement in learning
- Support the social, emotional and academic progress of children
