Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Be a role model – motivate and engage your team to embody brand values while fostering an inclusive and positive workplace.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role‑model behaviours for the entire team.
  • Assist in driving sales, commerciality and maintenance of standards, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes, building and maintaining relationships across the business, with customers and community partners.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
  • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to support store KPIs.
  • Act as the product expert and knowledgeable trainer, educating your team and advising customers.
  • Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Support store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
  • Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Self‑starter and ambitious, motivated to achieve and exceed store targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • US candidate only.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
