Give Your Best is a nonprofit tackling clothing poverty and fashion waste. Creators of the first online donation platform and pay-it-forward store, where each item sold heps someone in need to shop quality clothing for free, with dignity and choice.
We are hiring a shop coordinator to join us at our new charitable pop-up store in Grand Arcade, Cambridge.
Terms: part time (approx two/three days with some weekend work) opening hours 9-6pm
Salary: £15 per hour.
Fixed-term contract (3 months initially)
Location: Grand Arcade, Cambridge
Enthusiasm and passion for Give Your Best’s social and enironmental mission.
An interest in fashion/retail, circularity and charity.
Comfortable and confident in engaging with the public.
Cambridgeshire-based required.
The role involves:
Helping customers understand the store’s concept.
Serving customers and dealing with enquiries.
Maintaining stock levels and identifying inventory needs.
Supervising and arranging products and promotional displays .
Managing and training new volunteers and team members.
Offering styling advice and building a safe shopping environment for the Give Your Best community. Leading incoming event and workshop enquiries, including coordination and logistics.
