Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify accuracy, and enter customer orders; liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers; resolve transport incidents.
  • Manage a customer portfolio consisting of European and English speaking customers.
  • Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, source and provide information.
  • Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting.
  • Take ownership of orders, monitor WIP, manifest transport collections and champion OTIF completion.
  • Use Microsoft Excel daily to track order progress and analyze data.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and one European language.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Good secondary education or degree.
  • Experience in a Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain area.
  • Numerate and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Export experience would be advantageous.
