The Role
As the successful KS2 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons across Key Stage 2.
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
- Supporting pupils both academically and personally to help them achieve their best.
- Contributing positively to the wider school community in Cambridge.
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for this KS2 Teacher position, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be committed to creating an inspiring and inclusive learning environment.
