Timber Class 2 Driver

Class 2 Driver (Temp to Perm)

Location: Stanford in the Vale

Pay: £16.25 PAYE ADV per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 05:30 – 15:00 (minimum 8 hours per day)

We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of a well-established timber company based in Stanford in the Vale. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

The Role

• Delivering timber products to customers and sites
• Ensuring safe and timely deliveries
• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining compliance with transport regulations

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Finish time: 15:00
• Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift

Pay Rate

• £16.25 PAYE ADV per hour

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 (Category C) driving experience (required for insurance purposes)
• Maximum of 3 penalty points on licence
• Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph card
