Semi Skilled Technician – Rayleigh OMODA Jaecoo, KIA & Ford

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician to join our OMODA dealership in Rayleigh. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this position is offered on a full-time 45 hour working contract paying £29,7410, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays and an OTE of £33,000.

Required Skills & Experience

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
• Fantastic verbal and written English skills
• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
