Job Overview
To protect our customer’s property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the site’s published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and any subsequent changes. Deliver results that meet and/or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract. To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self‑development.
Responsibilities
- Protect property, people and assets as per Assignment Instructions.
- Meet and exceed KPIs / SLA, ensuring high‑quality service.
- Comply with all policies, legal, regulatory and statutory requirements, including obtaining and wearing a front‑line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
- Follow instructions and procedures, work systematically and orderly.
- Report health & safety hazards promptly and maintain incident logs.
- Ensure check calls are made at allocated times, call emergency services and Communication Centre for all incidents.
- Maintain professional conduct with customers and handle difficult situations.
- Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop job knowledge.
- Renew licence at least 16 weeks before expiry.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience.
- Valid SIA licence.
- SC clearance desirable.
Compensation and Shift Pattern
£16.22 per hour. Shifts include Monday to Friday, weekends, bank holidays and evening shifts.
