Role
To ensure the organisation provides patients, staff and visitors with a high quality person-centred and safe catering service. Assisting with the preparation of foodstuffs and contributing to the operation and cleanliness of kitchens, dining rooms and all associated equipment whilst supporting the production, portioning, distribution and service of the meals and snacks.
Employment Terms
This is a part-time position, and the salary will be pro‑rata.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Have a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership/record for the required regulatory group. If not a current PVG member, an application must be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before starting.
- Be able to obtain the required criminal records check under the 1 April 2025 legislative changes if the role is assessed as a regulated role.
- Have appropriate working rights to work in the United Kingdom.
