Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Over 18 months you will be based on the production line building our machines using a Standard Operating Procedure. You will be a key player in processes that make us more efficient and smarter. You will collect data, monitor equipment and identify errors using Kaizen methodology to future-proof our manufacturing activity.

- We will review applications against essential criteria, short-list and send links to online assessments in November 2025 – January 2026. Keep an eye on your inbox.
- After completing your assessment, we will review it and provide an update within a few weeks. If you do not complete your assessment, we will not move your application further.
- In-person Assessment Centres run from January to April 2026. We will send you all details you need.
- Following your Assessment Centre, regardless of outcome, we will give you a call with feedback.
- If successful, we will proceed with onboarding, which includes a familiarisation day.
- Welcome to JCB – our Early Careers cohorts typically start in early September.
