Distinction Christchurch Hotel, 14 Cathedral Square, Christchurch.

Position

Senior CDP to help deliver outstanding culinary experiences for our busy hotel restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your section with speed and flair.
• Maintain the standards expected by guests in a 4.5 star hotel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in busy operations.
• Experience in a la carte, TDH, and buffet menus.
• Ability to work as part of a brigade led by an international experienced Executive Chef and Sous chef.
